Heat recovery systems
With our heat recovery systems you can use waste heat from industrial processes or hot flue gases efficiently.
Rising energy costs and legal requirements for reductions in CO2 emissions require efficient solutions, particularly for applications with high energy demands. One effective way is to generate energy from waste heat. Our innovative heat recovery systems utilise existing waste heat sources in order to provide, for example, thermal heat or process heat. The result: High profitability, low emissions, cost reductions and lower consumption of resources.
Heat recovery systems
Self-fired waste heat boilers
The conventional fired boiler generates thermal heat or process heat while simultaneously utilising the heat potential from waste heat sources.
- Conventional fired heat generator with additionally integrated smoke tube pass for waste heat utilization
- Environmentally friendly generation of thermal heat or process heat through the utilisation of waste heat sources
- High supply reliability thanks to self-firing function
- Robust, reliable and durable
Heat recovery systems
Universal Heat Recovery Steam Boiler HRSB
The heat recovery boiler uses accumulated flue gas heat to generate process steam.
- Environmentally friendly generation of steam from available waste heat
- The perfect addition to energy concepts involving combined heat and power generation
- High efficiency through efficient tubular heat exchanger and thermal insulation
- Additional efficiency gain thanks to optional integrated economiser
Waste heat boilers
- The UL-S and UT-H boiler series can also be used purely as waste heat boilers
- Ideal for combination with combined heat and power units or gas turbines
- Environmentally friendly generation of steam and hot water from available waste heat
- High efficiency through efficient tubular heat exchanger and thermal insulation
- Cost-efficient to purchase and operate as no burner is necessary

Energy recovery ventilation unit
The energy recovery ventilation unit is used to supply fresh air. The fresh air is preconditioned with the exhaust air via a heat exchanger, which minimizes energy losses. The unit perfectly complements the ventilation requirements in VRF projects and can also be used as a stand-alone device.
- The unit offer several operation modes such as auto and bypass mode, heat recovery and free cooling mode
- Advanced filter technology
- Feel protected and save with the inbuilt CO2 sensor
- Wide operation range for outdoor ambient air from minus 7 °C up to plus 43 °C
